Pankhurst Community Festival

A few weeks ago a fire broke out and ripped through a three story residential block on Pankhurst Avenue, destroying homes and belongings and leaving up to 50 people displaced and homeless.

In aid of the recent fire we are hosting an all-day community festival which will take place between 10-17:00 on November 10 at Brighton Racecourse. We have tailored the event to be community focused and inclusive for all. The entire day is to be filled with a variety of activities, workshops, music and entertainment to suit all age groups and abilities. There will be a seasonal menu and bar available for the duration of the festivities. Also you will be able to find a children’s play area and reading corner on site to keep your little ones happy. Wristbands will allow you to come and go as you please. It is best to buy your ticket in advance for guaranteed entry however there will be a limited number of tickets available on the door. Pankhurst residents that wish to attend can obtain a free entry pass via The Edge Community Centre.

During the event we will also be hosting a 'grand raffle' for all to participate in - prizes will include various products, gifts and vouchers from local businesses and independent makers.

You can find exclusive offers and bundles under our online ticketing section.

100% of proceeds from the event will be donated to the council endorsed Pankhurst Residents Fundraiser which will help rebuild their lives and replace what's been lost.
